In the splendid setting of the historic center of Pinerole, a stone's throw from the Cathedral of San Donato, we are pleased to offer this splendid housing solution, full of history and tradition but renovated and functional. On the corner between Via Trento and Principi d'Acaia, the building has a beveled corner and finished in stone: it is known as "pera dla rason" and is said to have been a place of punishment. During the restoration of the building, a fresco emerged on the second floor balcony which presents various elements, among which the noble coat of arms of the ancient Romagnano family, the first owner of the building, stands out. This palace was the residence of noble citizens and seems to owe its name to a person who was abbey vicar of Santa Maria del Verano Rome.
The external renovation was expertly completed while as regards the internal one, the main interventions were completed, such as installation of the internal lift connecting to all the floors, total replacement of the external windows, renovation of the systems and conservative restoration of the period details that characterize the building.
Final customizations and finishes are to be completed.
The total surface area is 500 square meters and the rooms are arranged on four floors; the ground floor is characterized by completely rebuilt arched entrances and is dedicated to ancillary rooms, such as entrance, hallway and spacious garage; the upper floors are dedicated to the home and the top floor - where the living area was planned in the hypothesis of renovation - also features a splendid covered terrace overlooking Piazza Duomo.
There is a basement dedicated to the cellars.
